- 2 1/2 cups tomato juice
- 1 dash garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 each 2 each splenda
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 cup pineapple chunks in juice
- 1/2 cup onion
- 1/2 cup peas, fresh or frozen
- 22 ounces chicken breast boneless, skinless
- 1/2 cup green pepper chopped
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1/4 tsp pepper flakes

Step 1
1.Combine all ingredients and pour over chicken. Marinate for a minimum of 3 hours. COOKING OPTIONS
1.Bake in a 275 degree oven for 2 ½ hours 2.Microwave for 30 minutes (not recommended)
3. Crock Pot on High for 6 hours or Low for 12 hours (highly recommended)
