Pasta w/Lump Crabmeat

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. proscuitto, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh thyme
  • 2 shallots, diced small
  • 2 cloves garlic, diced small
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1 lb. lump crab meat
  • 1 lb. pasta

Preparation

Step 1

Sautee proscuitto w/thyme. Add shallots & garlic and saute until shallots are translucent, but do not burn garlic. Add white wine. Throw in crab meat and heat through.

Pour over cooked pasta, preferably linguini.
