Ingredients
- 1 round yellow cake layer (8 or 9 in)
- 1 C cold milk
- 1 pkg vanilla flavor instant pudding & pie filling
- 1 1/2 C thawed Cool Whip
- 1 square Unsweetened Baking Chocolate
- 1 T butter
- 3/4 C powdered sugar
- 2 T cold milk

Preparation
Step 1
Cut cake into 2 layers with serrated knife. Beat 1 C milk and pudding mix w/whisk 2 min. Stir in whipped topping. Let stand 5 min.
Stack cake layers on serving plate, spreading pudding mixture between layers.
Microwave chocolate & butter on HIGH 1 min. Stir until chocolate is melted. Add sugar & 2 T milk, mix well. Spread over cake. Refrigerate 1 hour.
