- 1/4 cup lowfat strawbery yogurt
- 1/4 tsp poppy seed
- SALAD:
- 1 1/2 cups torn spinach salad
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 2 Tbsp chopped pecans

Step 1
In small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients; mix well. Line 2 individual salad plates with spinach. Arrange half of the strawbereries over each spinach lined plate. Sprinkle each with 1 Tbsp pecans. To serve, drizzle dressing over salad.
