- 1 cup (about 3 scoops) vanilla ice cream, store-bought or homemade
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation
Step 1
1) Whisk together the malted milk powder and milk in a small bowl or measuring cup.
2) Combine the milk mixture with the ice cream and vanilla extract in the mixing cup of a milkshake mixer, or in a blender or food processor.
3) Mix or blend on low speed for 30 seconds and on high speed for 30 to 60 seconds, until thick and smooth.
Yield: about 2 cups.
