Ingredients
- 1 15 oz can Jalapeno black bean with lime juice, rinsed and drained
- 1 15 oz can reduced sodium black beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 Serrano chile pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1 orange bell pepper, seeded and chopped
- 3-4 green onion, chopped
- 1/4 c pinot grigio white wine vinegar
- 2 T vegetable oil
- 1/2 t salt
Preparation
Step 1
In a medium serving bowl, mix together the ingredients and chill for 1 hour before serving.
