Ingredients

    15 oz can Jalapeno black bean with lime juice, rinsed and drained

  • 1

    15 oz can reduced sodium black beans, rinsed and drained

  • 2

    tomatoes, finely chopped

  • 1

    Serrano chile pepper, seeded and chopped

  • 1

    orange bell pepper, seeded and chopped

  • 3-4

    green onion, chopped

  • ¼

    c pinot grigio white wine vinegar

    T vegetable oil

    t salt

Directions

In a medium serving bowl, mix together the ingredients and chill for 1 hour before serving.
