- 1/2 LB Olives drained
- 3 Tbsp Capers
- 8 Anchovies
- 1 Clove garlic
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp fresh Lemon
- Pinch fresh Thyme
- 1/8 C Flat Parsley
- Olive Oil

Step 1
Put everything except olive oil in blender. Blend a few seconds now start adding olive oil through
open cap in lid. Blend until smooth.
