Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 3 pounds ground beef
- 1 1/2 cups dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp mustard, dry
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 4 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp mustard, dry
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

Step 1
Beat eggs. Mix in crumbs, meat, onions. Add salt, mustard & ketchup. Mix well.
Form 2 loaves & place in loaf pans. Do not pack to edges. Flatten tops.
Mix sauce: Ketchup, brown sugar, dry mustard, nutmeg. Spread on top of Meat.
Bake at 400 degrees for 50 minutes.
