Ingredients
- 2 pints fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
- 3/4 cup thawed unsweetened apple juice concentrate
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a blender, combine the apple juice concentrate, lemon juice, and strawberries, until blended. Pour into an ungreased 8 inch square dish. Cover and freeze for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
2. Spoon into a large bowl and then beat on medium speed for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes. Return to the dish and then freeze for at least another 2-3 hours. It can stay in the freezer after the 2-3 hours until it is ready to eat.
3. Remove from the freezer and thaw for 10 minutes before serving.
