Ingredients
- 4 oz. Angel Hair Pasta
- 1 1/2 Cups Fresh Mushrooms, sliced
- 1 Medium Onion, chopped
- 1 Tbs. Butter
- 8 oz. Pkg. Cream Cheese, cubed
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 1/8 tsp. Pepper
- 1/3 Cup Milk
- 2 Tbs. Chives
Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile, for sauce, in a medium saucepan, cook the mushrooms and onion in the butter until tender. Stir in cubed cream cheese, salt and pepper. Cook and stir over low heat until cheese is melted. Gradually stir in milk and fresh snipped chives. Heat through. Pour sauce over pasta. Toss to coat. Serve immediately.
