Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup WW flour
  • 1 Tbs. wheat germ
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 Tbs. molasses
  • 1/3 cup veg. oil
  • 3/4 cup milk

Preparation

Step 1

Mix flours, oats, wheat germ baking powder & salt in bowl. Whisk molasses,oil & milk into flour mixture. Drop 10 mounds (1/4 c. each) on parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush with milk & sprinkle with more oats & salt. Bake @ 450 degrees F until golden, about 12 minutes.
