SHRIMP MOUSSE

Ingredients

  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 large and 1 small package Philadelphia Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1-1/2 envelope unflavoured gelatin
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 1 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 2 large and 1 small cans of shrimp

Preparation

Step 1

1. Heat tomato soup to boiling.

2. Add cream cheese and remove from heat.

3. Blend.

4. Mix gelatin and wtar separately then add to above.

5. Let cool and add other ingredients.

6. Pour into gelain mould and let set.
