Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup heavy cream, at room temperature
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1-2 cups fully cooked sliced chicken breast
- 16 oz dried fetuchine
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 lb bacon, cooked and cut into small pieces
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
In medium bowl, beat eggs and cream together until just blended. Stir in cheese and set aside. Warm chicken in microwave for 45 to 60 seconds or until warm to touch. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and return to pan. Toss with butter until it is melted. Add bacon, chicken, and cheese mixture, and toss gently until mixed. Season with chopped parsley and ground black pepper.
