Ingredients
- 1 Cup Soy Sauce
- 1/2 Cup Lemon Juice
- 2 Cloves Fresh Garlic - Crushed
- 4 Tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Small Amount of Sea Salt (to taste)
- Fresh Ground Black Pepper (to taste)

Preparation
Step 1
In a shallow 9 x 13 inch glass dish, prepare all of the marinade ingredients. If using more than 2 Ahi steaks, adjust accordingly.
Put tuna in marinade, flipping so the marinade is on both sides of the fish. Let sit in the refrigerator approx 30 minutes. Soy sauce will overpower the taste of the fish if let to marinate too long.
