Ingredients

  • 9 medium sized potatoes (about 3 lbs.)
  • 2 large stalks celery, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise or whipped salad dressing
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon grated onion
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

In 4 quart sauce pan over high heat, heat unpeeled potatoes and enough water to cover to boiling. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 25-30 minutes until potatoes are fork tender. Drain potatoes, cool slightly. Peel and cut potatoes into 3/4" cubes. In large bowl gently toss potatoes with celery and remaining ingredients.
