1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup icing sugar

Step 1

Combine and beat all ingredients until very light and fluffy (about 10 minutes). Drop with a teaspoon onto parchment paper lined cookie sheet and bake for 17 minutes at 350 degrees.
