Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoon Fresh Garlic, chopped
- 1/4 Stick Butter
- 2 Tablespoon Fresh Rosemary
- 4-6 Pcs Chicken Thighs With Skin & Bone (about 1/2 To 2 Lbs)
- 1/2 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1/2 Cup Red Wine
- salt & Pepper, to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Over med/high heat in large sauce pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until translucent, about 2 minutes. Do not let garlic brown. Add rosemary and stir to make sure you get bits from bottom of pan. Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper. Keep heat same and add chicken to pan and cook for about 7-10 minutes on each side or until skin is golden brown and crispy. Pour in whipping cream and red wine. Cover pan and simmer for about 30 minutes or until meat is cooked through and sauce has thickened.
