Ingredients
- 1 pkg. puff pastry
- basil pesto
- proscuitto
- mozzarella
- mushrooms, sliced thinly
- peppers, chopped into small pieces
- eggs

Preparation
Step 1
Defrost puff pastry. Set aside. Preheat oven to temperature set on the puff pastry box.
Make pesto out of basil for the first layer of the pizza. Chop up peppers. Shred mozzarella.
Once the pastry is defrosted, take out and roll out to a long rectangle. Cut into 4 rectangles. Pinch the edge of each pastry so that the edges are higher (to hold the ingredients in the center). Bake in the oven for 10 minutes then take out.
Brush on a layer of pesto over each pastry. Add peppers, mushrooms, proscuitto, etc. Sprinkle with mozzarella. Crack an egg on top. Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes or until egg is cooked through.
