Ingredients

  • 1 c milk
  • 3 T butter
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 3 eggs beaten
  • 4 c flour
  • 2 pkg dry yeast dissolved in 1/4 c warm water
  • 1 t salt
  • FILLING
  • 1 cube butter
  • 2/3 c sugar
  • grated rind of 2 oranges
  • mix together

Preparation

Step 1

Heat milk and butter together. Cool and add sugar, eggs, salt, yeast, and 2 c flour. Mix well. Let rise for 10 min. Add remaining flour and beat well. Let rise til double. Divide in two parts. Roll first half and spread with half of filling. Roll up and cut in 12 pieces like you would cinnamon rolls. Repeat with other half of dough. Put in greased muffin tin and let rise. Bake 10-12 min at 375*
