Heloise's Cake Mix Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 box cake mix, any flavor
• 1/2 c vegetable oil (i use canola and was fine)
• 2 large eggs

Preparation

Step 1

preheat oven to 350

mix ONLY ingredients listed above (do NOT follow ANY directions on the cake mix box)

optional additions....
1/4 to 1/2 cup chocolate or peanut butter chips, chopped nuts, raisins or whatever "extra" you and your family likes.

place dough by teaspoonsful on an ungreased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart, and bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Let cool and enjoy.

****my variation****
roll cookie dough into teaspoon scooped balls, dip tops in sugar, put on baking (pizza) STONE and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, let stand 1 minute before removing from stone. Cool and Enjoy =)
