Chive Blossom Cream Sauce

This sauce goes great with pasta. Could also use it over chicken

Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 cups chicken stock or broth
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 - 1/3 cup chopped fresh chives and chive blossoms
- Pepper to taste - optional

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter and add minced garlic
Sprinkle 2 Tbsp flour to make a roux.
Cook for a couple of minutes, stirring constantly.
Add chicken stock or broth and whisk until well blended; Cook for 5 minutes or until reduced by one-third.
Add sour cream and whisk until smooth.
Add a chopped fresh chives and chive blossoms.
