Ingredients

    - 4 chicken breasts

  • 400

    - 400 ml heavy cream

  • 400

    - 400 ml salsa

Directions

1. Mix heavy cream and salsa in a casserole. 2. Wash the chicken breasts and dry them with a paper towel. 3. Lay them into the sauce and cover them with the mixture. 4. Bake 1 hour at 400F or until chicken is tender and cooked through. 5. If you do not eat meat you can substitute the chicken with feta and bake it for approx 20 minutes. 6. Serve with white wine, pita bread, rice or/ and fresh garden salad.
