- Sopapilla Cheesecake
- 2 cans crescent rolls
- 2 C sugar
- 2 t cinnamon
- 3 blocks cream cheese (at room temperature)
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 stick butter (melted)

Sopapilla Cheesecake
2 cans crescent rolls
2 C sugar
2 t cinnamon
3 blocks cream cheese (at room temperature)
1 t vanilla
1 stick butter (melted)
Cream together cream cheese, 1 ½ C sugar (reserve ½ C) and vanilla. Spread
1 can crescent rolls onto a 9 ½ X 12 pan, make sure to seal the perforations. Spread cream cheese mixture over bottom crust. Top with second can crescent rolls.
Pour melted butter over top. Combine ½ C sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over top. Bake at 350° for 30 mins.
