Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 1 cup milk
- 1 lb. natural grated Swiss cheese
- 3 T. cornstarch
- 3 T. Kirsch
- dash of white pepper
- dash of nutmeg

Step 1
Rub inside of pot with garlic. Put wine and milk in pot and heat on high until bubbles rise. Add cheese gradually, stirring constantly until all cheese has melted. Mix together cornstarch and kirsch. Add to fondue, stirring constantly until thickened. Reduce heat to Med and add spices, mixing well. Adjust heat to med/low.
