Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Crisco or Sweetex shortening and 3/4 cup sweet butter (or 1 cups unsalted sweet butter), softened
  • 2/3 cup cream, evaporated milk or non-dairy whipped topping (Dream Whip)
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1-1/2 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 pounds confectioners' sugar, sifted
