Ingredients
- 22 oz. prepared mashed potatoes
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. fressh chives, chopped
- 4 bacon slices, cooked & crumbled
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Step 1
Stir cream cheese, sour cream, chives, bacon, salt & pepper into potatoes. Divide mixture evenly between six 6 oz. ramekins or custard cups (or a 2-qt. baking dish). Bake at 350 for 20 ninutes or until thoroughly heated.
