Ingredients
- 4 oz whole wheat penne
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 cup grape tomatoes halved
- 5 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 cup white wine or low sodium chicken broth
- 3/4 pound salmon fillets, cut into bite size pieces
- 2 TBSP chopped basil
- 1 TBSP chopped oregano
- 1 TBSP capers rinsed and drained

Step 1
1. Prepare pasta
2. Heat oli and add tomatoes and garlic 1-2 minutes
3. Add wine, salmon, basil, oregano, capers and cook over high until salmon is cooked 4 minutes
4. Toss pasta with tomatoes and salmon and divide in 4 bowls.
