Ingredients
- Blueberry syrup
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 T sugar
- 1 T lemon juice
- 2 cups blueberries or other berries
- Bring to boil in medium saucepan and boil for 5 minutes. Serve warm.
- Caramel-Coconut Topper
- In a small saucepan over low heat stir together 1 1/3 cup caramel topping, 1 cup toasted shredded coconut, and 1/2 cup chopped toasted pecans. Heat until warm.

Banana-Butterscotch Syrup
6 T butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 T light corn syrup
2 medium sliced bananas
1/4 whipping cream
Melt butter in medium saucepan. Add brown sugar and light corn syrup. Bring to simmer and cook and stir until sugar melts. Add bananas; cook and stir 5 minutes or until bananas start to give up juices. Add 1/4 cup whipping cream; bring to boil. Serve warm.
Dark Cherry Cream Syrup
1 can pitted dark sweet cherries in heavy syrup
1/2 cup whipping cream
3 T sugar
Strain syrup from can of cherries into saucepan. Boil until reduced by half. Stir in cherries, 1/2 cup whipping cream, and sugar. Boil 3-5 minutes or until slightly thickened. Serve at room temperature.
