Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 medium onion
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Golden Mushroom Soup
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 can (about 8 ounces) pineapple chunks
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup regular long-grain white rice
- Sliced green onion

Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork and cook until well browned on both sides.
Stir the onion, soup, water, pineapple with juice, soy sauce and honey in the skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cook for 10 minutes or until the pork is cooked through. Serve the pork and sauce with the rice and sprinkle with the green onion.
I"m not much of a cook.. I easily mess up Cream of Wheat, but I do know how to boil water. Overall it was easy, I did mess up a little, but the next time I make it it will better.. I did add red bell peppers to it YUM!
This is great just the way it is. For the people that say it's too salty they should use Low-Sodium Soy sauce it makes a world of difference. I have an autistic daughter with serious sensory issues that barely eats anything and she loves this recipe. I make this and serve on top of cooked brown rice and the whole family loves it. I always have to buy an extra can of pineapple for my toddlers to snack on while I'm cooking.
