Ingredients
- 1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and all excess liquid removed
- 1 (8-ounce) container French onion dip
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1 cup mozzarella and asiago with roasted garlic cheese blend
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 teaspoons roasted garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°.
In the work bowl of a food processor, combine spinach, French onion dip, Parmesan cheese, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, cheese blend, cream cheese, garlic, black pepper, and red pepper. Process until just blended. (Mixture will be slightly lumpy.) Add artichokes and pulse to form a chunky mixture.
Spoon mixture into a 1-quart baking dish. Top with remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella. Bake for 30 minutes, or until bubbly.
Serve with raw vegetables, crackers, or tortilla chips.
