- 1 banana or 1 apple or 8 strawberries (fresh or frozen) or 3/4 cup seedless red grapes or 1 small orange

- 1 tablespoon peanut butter or 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
