Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup. 2 % low-fat milk
  • 3 Tbs. minced green onions
  • 1 egg
  • 2 egg whites
  • cooking spray

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 4 ingredient; set aside. Combine milk and next 3 ingredients in a glass measure or bowl, stirring with a whisk until well blended. Gradually add flour mixture, stirring with a whisk.

Heat popover pans at 450* for 3 mins.; remove from oven, and coat with cooking spray. Divide batter among 8 cups, filling each half full.

Bake at 450* for 10 mins. reduce heat to 350*, and bake 25 mins or until golden. Remove from pans. Serve immediately.
