Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 4 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 4 cups milk
- 1 pound pasta
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups co-jack cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven at 400° F.
In large saucepan, cook the pasta per directions; drain.
In medium to large sauce pan on medium heat, mix the flour, butter, milk, salt, and pepper. Stirring constantly, cook the white sauce until thickened. Add the cheese and stir until melted. Pour the cheese sauce over the pasta and stir to coat. Pour into a 9x13 greased baking pan.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
