Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Cups Brown Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Vinegar
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
- 1/2 Cup Melted Butter
- 1 1/3 Cup Currants, Dates or Nuts

Beat eggs lightly
add sugar, vinegar and vanilla
Stir in melted butter and fruit
Bake @ 450 for 20 Minutes
