Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup wheat kernels, whole and uncooked
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 T oil
- 2 T honey or sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Put milk and wheat kernels in blender and blend on highest speed for 4-5 minutes until batter is smooth.
Add eggs, oil, baking powder, salt, and honey or sugar to batter and blend on low.
Pour out batter into pancakes from the blender jar.
(Can mix with regular recipe from Betty Crocker if "too healthy" and add blueberries or mini chocolate chips to some.)
