Ingredients
- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 1/2 cups beef broth
- 1 (8-ounce) package elbow macaroni
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup sour cream

Preparation
Step 1
In soup pot, brown ground beef with onion over high heat, stirring to break up beef. Add broth, macaroni, paprika, garlic powder, and pepper, and bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to medium-high, cover, and simmer 6 to 8 minutes, or until macaroni is tender.
Remove from heat; stir in sour cream, and serve in bowls.
