Homemade baileys with sweetened condensed milk, cream and dark chocolate.
- 14 oz (400 g) sweetened condensed milk
- 3.5 oz (100 g) dark chocolate
- 300 ml cream (cold)
- 0.5 L good quality vodka
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar

Melt the chocolate in a small pot over low heat. Set aside.
Whip the cream with vanilla sugar and pour in a large pot.
Add the condensed milk and chocolate to the cream. Mix the ingredients.
Pour the vodka in this sweet mixture and blend all until smooth.
Pour the baileys in 1 L glass bottle and put in the fridge for 30 min.
