Ingredients
- SAUCE:
- 1 pkg Chinese style steam fired noodles
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 lb chicken, uncooked and sliced
- 1 cup celery, sliced
- 1 cup onions, sliced
- 1 bunch broccoli, broken up
- 1 cup bok choy, sliced
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup water, or more
- 2 to 3 tbsp soya sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 to 1 tsp ground ginger

Step 1
Place the oil and garlic in wok and heat up. Add chicken, stirring and cooking until browned and no longer pink inside. Remove to bowl. Add vegetables, stir-fry until tender. Prepare noodles by boiling in water for 2 to 3 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water. Combine chicken, vegetables and noodles. Pour over sauce ingredients which have been mixed together in a small bowl. Toss to combine and heat, stirring until sauce is thickened.
