Ingredients
- 1 pkg potato and cheese frozen perogies
- 1 tbsp margarine
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 hard boiled eggs, sliced
- 1 cqan mushroom soup
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese

Step 1
Saute onion in margarine for 5 minutes. Combine onions and perogies and put into baking casserole. Layer egg slices over top. Blend milk and soup. Pour over eggs. Top with cheese. Bake 35 to 45 minutes. Serves 4. Can be doubled for mor servings.
