- 2 1/2 lbs. brown sugar (8 1/4 cups)
- 2 T. cayenne pepper
- 4 T. chili powder
- 3 1/2 bottles Liquid Smoke
- 2 T. Louisiana Hot Sauce
- 3 T. HIckory Salt (1 1/2 Tones Spices)
- 1 T. dry mustard
- 1 stick butter, MELTED
- 1/2 C. molasses
- 1 T. onion powder
- 1 gallon ketchup
