  • 2 sticks salted butter, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup caster sugar
  • 1/4 cup rice flour
  • 1 3/4 cup all purpose flour


Preparation time 10mins
Cooking time 35mins


Step 1

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

Line 2 8" round cake pans with parchment paper.

Cream butter, vanilla, and sugar until well-combined, pale and fluffy (3-5 minutes).

Mix together the two flours and salt, and add to the butter mixture. Mix until combined.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
