Ingredients

  • 8 slices bacon, diced
  • 1 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 398 mL (14 oz) artichoke hearst, drained and chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 bunch of fresh spinach, finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Saute bacon, onion, and garlice until bacon is done and onion is soft.
Add artichoke hearts and saute a minute more.
Beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Add bacon mixture.
Mix in spinach and Worcestershire sauce
