Blueberry Cobbler

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup biscuit mix
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • 1 (5oz) can evaporated milk
  • 2 tsp melted butter
  • 3 cups blueberries

Preparation

Step 1

1. Spray inside of crock pot with nonstick cooking spray. In large bowl, combine biscuit mix and sugars. Add eggs, vanilla and almond extract. Stir to combine. Add evaporated milk and butter. Stir until fully combined.

2. Pour about 1/4 batter into crock pot. Place blueberries on top. Pour remaining batter over blueberries. Cover and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours. Serve warm with ice cream.
