Ingredients

  • Harissa Butter:
  • 4 salmon filets
  • 3 tbsp. Sweet Red Pepper Tapenade
  • 2 tbsp butter, softened
  • 1/2 tsp. each: smoked paprika and garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp. each: ground caraway seed, ground cumin and ground coriander
  • 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cook slamon over medium-high heat on a well oiled grill for about 5 to 7 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking.

Meanwhile, stire together remaining ingredients in a small bowl.

Remove salmon from grill and immediately top with dollops of Harissa Butter
