Table Rock Brew Pub's Curried Spinach Salad

I wrote several times to them to try and get their excellent recipe, but received no response whatsoever. I took the ingredients listed directly from their menu, although I don't know the ingredients in their Curry Chutney Dressing. This dish was wonderful!

Says to serve with crusty French baguette.

Ingredients

• Crisp spinach
• Crunchy Golden Delicious apples
• Peanuts
• Currants
• Jack cheese
• Curry chutney dressing

Preparation

Step 1

Combine ingredients, toss with spinach. Serve.
