Ingredients

  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 cup wheat flakes
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 T sesame seeds
  • 1 1/2 T wheat germ
  • Honey
  • 2 T Maple Syrup
  • 4 T butter
  • Cinnamon, optional
  • 1/2 cup chopped dried apricots (or other dried fruit)
  • (Can use some unsweetened apple juice concentrate in place of some of the sweetener/butter)

Step 1

Spray 9 x 13 pan. Mix oats, wheat flakes, nuts, sesame seeds, coconut, and wheat germ in it. Drizzle with honey. Melt butter and mix with maple syrup - drizzle over oat mixture. (Optional - sprinkle with cinnamon.)

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, stirring every 5 or 10 minutes. Remove from oven and add dried apricots (or other dried fruit.
