Peanut Butter Spritz Cookies

A Peanut Butter cookie with style!

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup solid vegetable shortening
• 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup brown sugar , firmly packed
• 1 egg
• 1/2 teaspoon Madagascar Pure Vanilla Extract
• 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Preheat oven to 375°F.
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl cream together shortening and peanut butter. Gradually add sugars, blending well.
Step 3
Add egg beating until smooth. Add vanilla. Set aside.
Step 4
Stir flour into peanut butter mixture.
Step 5
Place dough into cookie press and press cookies onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Step 6
Bake 6-8 minutes or until lightly browned around the edges. Remove cookies from sheet cool on rack.
