Ingredients
- Filling:
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 small package instant vanilla pudding
- 3 tablespoons butter softened
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 15-20 ounces canned peach slices, drained, reserve syrup
- 1 8 oz. package cream cheese at room temperature
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 tablspoons peach syrup (about 1/4 cup)
- Topping:
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Step 1
Combine flour, baking powder, salt, pudding mix, butter, egg and milk. Beat at medium speed 2 minutes. Spoon batter into 9-10 inch pie pan. Arrange peaches in a tight spiral on top of batter. Combine filling ingredients. Cream until smooth, about 2 minutes. Spoon filling on peaches, stopping 1 inch from edge. Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
