Aloutte Chicken in Puff Pastry

- 4 boneless chicken breasts, halved
- olive oil
- 1 container Alouette Garlic and Herb Spreadable Cheese
- Phyllo dough - thawed
- Melted butter

Preparation
Step 1
1. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
2. Poach chicken with olive oil on the stove until cooked. Cool. At this point chicken can be refrigerated to use up to 24 hourse later, or you can continue with the recipe.
3. Lay out 1 sheet of phyllo and brush with butter. Lay out another sheet phyllo dough and brush with butter.
4. Place 1 chicken breast in the middle. Place 1 tablespoon of Alouette on top.
5. Fold like a package - long sides in first, then shorter sides, trimming off excess on short sides. Brush butter on top of package.
6. Put seam side down on baking sheet.
7. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
